In short, it did work but not as well as I would have liked. The bottom edge suffered quite a bit of issues producing a very thin wall with a melty looking mess on this overhanging area. I do believe that if you filed and sanded this bottle and then lined it with food grade epoxy, it would be usable. It will also need the closure hardware which you could replicate from
